It was brought to my attention that some messages in the discord have flat out disappeared! They've been deleted either by mods or King himself.The break in messaging was 4 minutes long (also another one that was 24 minutes long) according to the witness. Was sent this screenshot of the break in messaging.(Other users besides King have been blacked out, for safety and privacy)All of these messages were sent on a new day as well, it was May 24th and was sent a screenshot of nothing being stated before as well
(Update, context above was for the "Kyo" situation. Where he OPENLY talks about it in a PUBLIC chat. With little regards to people's feelings of the topic at hand (not even a warning mind you), and the fact these people could potentially be MINORS as well.) The fact that he openly expressed this in a public chat leads me and this witness to believe that he was only sending these in that chat to garner sympathy from others, at the expense of others comfortability.Keep in mind this was talking about Kyo. But god FORBID the people begin to talk about Zuuki, so much so he encourages people to simply avoid the topic all together. Despite not having "evidence" why does he seem so adamant on people to simply skip the topic and forget about Zuuki and to not bring it up?Well my dear viewer it's simply because King doesn't want people to know that both him and Zuuki (previously known as Rev) have collaborated on avatars before, worked together, and he still even has avatars with Zuuki's work STILL ON THEM. A user has reached out with a recorded confession of hearing King openly talk about me in worlds while I was out of town for the month.Was told he spoke about me twice in Ryota's Danganronpa world, as well as once in his very own Downcast world. Yes all of these words were public worlds as well. This is not the first time King has openly spoken about me, despite him saying he wouldn't do so. As I have already made a copy of his document and have full access to it. Kings breaking his own server rulesThere are quite a few rules that he has broken himself in his own server. Below this I will put an image of his own discord rules, followed by the highlighted ones being the ones he has broken himself.
Rule 5

This is one of Kings closer friends, as you can see their bio literally states they are 13 years of age. The rule specifically states anyone under the age of 13 is not allowed. So why does this particular user get a pass? Well they're close friends obviously, so of course King would make a exception to his friends.Not only that, but find excuses for people to act the way they do. When King's friends discriminated against a hard of sight user. King did absolutely nothing to try and help them or try to fix the situation, he just sat there and did nothing.(Not only that but I guarantee this user is not the only 13 year old in the server that King allows in)

No sexual subjects (no NSFW) (Includes profile stuff)
This one was posted a bit above, but this was posted of August 1st in KingVishnal's general chat where everyone can see what he posts.The reason why this is labelled as NSFW is because a child/minor can see the term "yaoi" and wonder what it is, which they will probably end up google searching it. Which exposes them to it.King pretty much posting about it in a discord server crawling with minors just means he pretty much endorses it and allows it.

King has gotten people to harass me, stalk me, convince me to talk to him.He has admitted to a lot of things including but not limited to, getting people to monitor me and stalk me (my discord, trello, vrchat, etc) admitted to feeling guilty but hasn't chose to apologize for whatever reason or take accountability, witnesses telling me about King openly talking about me in public worlds even though he said he wouldn't.There's a multitude of things here not just this.

Creator "L-Tea" created a multitude of high quality YTTD (your turn to die) MMD models for others to use. Although these are publicly downloadable, we are unsure of their TOS on reselling their models. Until proof is shown that KingVishnal reached out to "L-Tea" in regards to selling the model to someone, even though it's public. This will stay here (if info comes out that L-Tea agreed or their TOS states users can sell their model, this will be removed.)I believe this avatar was sold for around $70 - $80 dollars. Due to how long ago it was, the amount is just a guestimate. As well as potential traded assets being used on this model as well.v This was the model that was sold v
This is PROVEN, below is the TOS for LTea's model (all the models they've made) and it also states that SELLING or giving MODIFIED VERSIONS are also breaking TOS.I will be getting into contact with LTea and explaining that King had sold their model against TOS. (PROVEN)Defending his "Yaoi Day" post, stating it's not putting anyone in danger despite his fanbase being mostly made up of minors. (Some of which are 13 and potentially younger (people can lie about their ages), quote "I didn't catch them then" despite multiple people being under the age of 13.
Also given how long they have been in the server, they've been in the server since July 20th, 2023. At the time of confronting King, it was December 2nd, 2023.
Which, when thrown into a time counter, it shows this (let's exclude the day King was confronted just to be nice)It shows that this member has been apart of his discord for 4 months, and 12 days. Definitely a decent amount of time for this user to be well situated in this discord server. Potentially talking amongst people, interacting with others be it on discord or VRChat, and even interacting with Kings posts as well.(I guess King and his moderators don't actually check people's ages)
Moving onto the thick of this section, King begins to argue that his "Yaoi Day" post was a "joke" and was not meant to be taken seriously. My issue with this, is that a child can easily look this up and hence be exposed to such things via King's post in his server. Which puts him in liability, since he openly exposed these users to that.
The following is the message exchange between someone who will stay blacked out (unlike someone who likes to leave people's names for some reason) and KingVishnal, about his "Yaoi Day" posting. Let's start with the first batch of messages.
The abrupt start into this, I will address that there is something I have apologized for and King continues to bring it up despite me apologizing to the users involved as well as ceasing doing so. This is a common occurrence with King, and is not surprising. This goes for other users as well, if someone has done something and they apologize and/or even stop doing it, they will still bring it up regardless.
In this first screenshot, King argues that "yaoi" is an "uncommon label for gay media". Which doesn't make sense, yaoi the term in itself is NSFW in nature.If it was a "uncommon label" it would prompt more users to search it up, which does not help his case.
When it was brought up that King had broken his own rule, being rule 8 of his server (no NSFW, or any content insinuating it). He turns around and instead of apologizing, decided to defend his actions/stance saying that "yaoi" is not a NSFW term, but rather a "joke" term below.
The user voicing their opinion saying that they agree with me and saying "it's gross in how you are defending this" King then explains that you can apply it to "anything" and that it wasn't used to describe anything "sexual" when it doesn't need to.The term itself is NSFW, that is what he's not getting through his head. He'll defend anything he's done, even if it's remotely bad, and any sort of negative light casted upon him, he does not like.
This section doesn't make sense, he argues that he shouldn't take others thoughts, feelings, or points, into account when posting things. This being one of the things. King feels like he hasn't put people in danger by writing/using the word "yaoi" when in actuality, anyone can search it up and will immediately get NSFW results. King mentions that "the danger is if they search, that's what I mean" but later, you'll see he pretty much contradicts this.
Here is the contradiction mentioned in the previous sentence. King at first says the danger is if people search it up although here in this sentence, when I had mentioned that he does not take the comfortability and safety of users into account and it is not a concern for him, he mentioned that the concern is "hypothetical 14+ year olds seeing gay anime men from my perspective" completely disregarding the severity/meaning of "yaoi" which is NSFW.Not only that, but completely disregarding the minors in his server, which is most of his fanbase.
Here's King attempting to sway their opinion once again, he does this quite a lot and his whole "I don't think anything I say will change your mind" is something I have heard one too many times from King himself, I honestly see this as him just giving up trying to explain himself because he knows that what he has said/done is wrong and hence, can't change their opinion. Even after attempting to change their mind by explaining themself.Also the concern being "very extreme" is something he should be feeling as well, this is a NSFW term and him not taking into account that he is literally sending it to MINORS in his server isn't a concern for him? Honestly this is really suspect, and should definitely be questioned further.
There are no "hypothetical teens" or kids for that matter, there are actual teens and kids in King's server, and the fact that this is not a concern for him is very alarming. He doesn't agree with what was being said, in fact he goes completely against it because to him the term "yaoi" is a "joke term" not only that. He does not take other users thoughts, feelings, triggers, etc. Into account when posting/writing anything it seems.
"Your concern feels more like a nitpick than anything. And ok" is the biggest slap in the face. Not only is he disregarding people's feelings, thoughts, etc. He's not realizing that what he is posting could cause minors to search for said term. In turn, exposing them to NSFW.I honestly don't think King should be trusted, he'll go to any lengths to defend anything he does even if it's inherently negative, traumatize people, or will put people in harms way be it exposing themselves to something, exposing discord names for everyone to see, etc.
I find it interesting that me attempting to question him, understand things, and hold him accountable is supposedly having an "ill will" towards him. There are other things I wanted to question him on, some of which are actually on this carrd, such as the stuff with the world creator as well as what others told me. Unfortunately King had backed out and refused to answer any more questions. (Which could be an admittance of guilt, although not sure)Oh also the fact King asked me not to include this on my carrd, (There is no screenshot due to a promise made, but the user did confirm that it is true) King wanted me to not include this on my carrd and bring attention to it or him in that matter. Although I decided that people that check this and even read it's updates need to know about this.

King recently posted an announcement, where he announced that he removed/scrubbed some of the channels from his discord. I am unsure if this is in an attempt to cover up evidence, but like the whole removing access to the document section like above. I have already made archives of the channel (more specifically the info-board channel) in question.
Much like the sections before, let's go over these one by one, with more information (and maybe the reason as to why I feel like he removed these channels) about this.

Starting with the first one"I think it was odd to have info-board in the first place, it seemed to be more harmful to anyone than helpful"I find it funny how he blatantly admits that the channel was harmful to people instead of helpful, which is what I was saying to begin with. I just find it so funny how it takes King this long to realize his mistakes, it's honestly appalling and abhorrent. Especially since the discord accounts of those involved are minors. Which is disgusting.If you're wondering how long it took him to remove the info-board channel you can look below for the days as well as the months/days.
I did my best to black out any names I could see, but I can only zoom in so much, I apologize!
Now this one is deathly obvious, King had removed this channel to prevent people (especially future commissioners, fans, etc.) knowing of it's existence. These screenshots here (which were also posted to the section dedicated to it above) are the last known remains/evidence of it's existence. The channel was for mainly reporting on things found, as well as going into depth of him even explaining some things regarding the screenshots themselves.But what King didn't understand at the time (and he still doesn't) is that he was dropping people's actual discord names in the info-board channel, which pulls him into liability of other people potentially harassing these people. Some of his fans are questionable with their behavior / approach towards other people with different opinions. (I am mainly referring to his "flying monkeys" these users are out to do his bidding, it's usually his closer friends, and sometimes even random people.)If you do not know what "flying monkeys" means, I will put an image of the meaning below.Other things that "flying monkeys" are well known for, I will also list below the definition, which most if not all of KingVishnal's "flying monkeys" have done at some point.One of these "flying monkeys" actually called my fiancé a name that he didn't like. Normally he is very nice, kind, and friendly, but it was the tonnage used as well as the way it was said. Then after expressing uncomfortably in this, the "flying monkey" then said it was "accidentally". Then continued to say the name despite my fiancé communicating that he was uncomfortable with the name. Pretty much showing their disinterest in caring. (So I guess these people are also making my partner uncomfortable as well, which is not a surprise if they're hanging around King)
The bullet point at the bottom says"Agents can be also sent in the situations when narcissist was cut off by their partner, when the victim says he/she wont communicate with the narcissist anymore. Narcissist doesn't enjoy losing control so in this situation the agent will show up from out of nowhere right after this kind of decision was made"This one definitely rings true, as it's exactly what happened after I had blocked King (after he sent his last message, that being the "bye")I assume that King had lost his shit, and prompted two people to come my way. These two people are not the only people to come my way either, there are a total of 4 users that had been sent my way in total. This number can increase as well and if it does, I will update the number here.These people (excluding one of them) I usually call them lackeys. The definition of which will be here."Lackey is typically used as a derogatory term for a servant with little or no self-respect who belittles himself in order to gain an advantage. "Having an introduction channel in a server that's gotten this big is harmful, it'd be easy for someone malicious to join and target individuals with certain things in their intros. I want to avoid that as much as possible!"
Unfortunately, there will always be malicious people in any community, circle, etc. Anyone can join any server, and removing intros will do the exact polar opposite of what King is trying to accomplish.Now these malicious users can fly under the radar, with no introduction introducing themselves which pretty much aids them. People that have conversations with these malicious individuals cannot look/find their introduction because there are no more introductions.Not only does it allow malicious users to start (or continue) their antics in King's server, King alienates his fanbase of users.(mostly minors)King (and his mods) has a space for them to introduce themselves, so why can't his community have the same space?For example lets say a user is very excited about the prospect of a new Jet Set Radio game (totally not projecting, Jet Set Radio is based.) and there are a few others who also like the idea of a new JSR game. They would have nowhere to discuss it or even know other users who are excited for it because introductions usually have a section on it where people can show what they are interested in. Now that the introductions are gone, no one knows if anyone has a shared interest in the things they like, which causes a rift between users not only that, a rift between King and his fanbase.King has expressed his triggers openly in his server (it's literally a rule as well.), so why can't his community have the same space?For example lets say someone in the server has a trigger to spiders (arachnophobia) and someone posts a picture of a spider without spoiling/hiding it. The person will get triggered or their phobia will kick in. Causing them to have a potential panic attack, etc.King could have done something but chose not to, since King no longer knows about peoples triggers or even introductions. He is unaware of what his fanbase's comfortability levels are to certain topics. Which pulls into question the "safety" aspect of his server. (Which is pretty much nonexistent.)There is no space, no channel, no nothing where people can express their triggers to other users. So when someone says something, it could be anything as well. Someone could have a trigger to it, and King is actively going to allow this to happen to his server. King and his moderators new or old cannot give people who trigger others accidentally a warning or a kick/ban because they could not have known the triggers of said person especially with the removal of the introduction channel or the fact there is simply no channel to put triggers in.With the way King wants to go about it, it mostly sounds like he cares very little to nonexistent for the people in his server. (which was already addressed in his "yaoi day" rant) He alienates them, by removing their access or ability to introduce themselves to a wider audience of people with a shared interest. (That being the server) instead of people potentially having a shared interest in other things. (like games, movies, tv shows, etc.) Everyone in the server be it new or old, will no longer be able to bond over things with others unless it is stated in certain channels. Given the traffic of people talking these messages will be drowned out and you'd pretty much have to read up which most people don't do to begin with. (especially depending on the message count)(I also want to point out that I am in multiple servers that have far more users than King's server by a lot which do have introductions in their servers regardless of their size)This particular one will not help at all, and will only complicate things further as now there is nothing about users for people to see, there was no ages, there's no more intros, and it will only get worse from here on out.

I'll keep using the ones I got!"This one I find very funny, mainly because King mentioned that he would be updating his world back in June-July of 2022, and obviously we are at the end of 2023, where's the update? Nowhere to be seen obviously.The fact he "never got the full amount of submissions" he could have used others designs as placeholders instead of just outright not updating or going against his word of updating and not doing so. (He could have also just updated the world overtime or "retroactively" as he likes to put it, with new designs as they were accepted.)I myself have given two designs, and if he uses them, I will be showing them here. I do not give him permission to use my designs for anything be it public or private use on the soda machine asset he was planning on updating new textures with. (Which most likely wont happen, lets be honest.)

In this context, King needs to be transparent, what channels got "trimmed" what channels were on the chopping block?Odds are if he's getting rid of his info-board channel, there are other channels that could house the same type of info but are just set to private rather than getting deleted. It's a simple thing anyone with admin/moderation powers can do. Make it where only specific users can see certain channels. (With this logic, I have no doubts that King is using his own server in a specified private channel where he openly talks about people to his moderators, vents to his minor friends, etc.)

Not really an update, but I've heard from people that King's discord server is a ghost town and I honestly am not sure how to feel about it. No one has really texted in the server for awhile from what I've been told either. So chances are something had happened to cause this. I'm curious but of course, to King. Everything is pretty much my fault regardless if I know about it or not. He'll always blame me for things since he's so used to blaming me for things that I didn't do/say or things I didn't know about.Ladies and gentleman that is KingVishnal in a nutshell for you. He would never admit to any fault, and just blames others. Any sort of negative light shed on him, King does not like one bit. To which I can say which I've wanted to say before. King definitely follows the "Narcissist Prayer" which will be below.
Here is a perfect example of this.He literally calls himself "The King" in his OWN server.

As of March 1st, King has put out a section called "FAQ" where you guessed it, he addresses "frequently asked questions" and wouldn't you know? A section on Servant was made.
The files for Servant don't belong to you nor do you own them, they belong to Spike Chunsoft, ANYONE can go and find his model be it on deviantart or any other site known for housing or containing 3D models. Whether MMD format, or any other format.The only thing that was added (and by adding it, now apparently it's "yours") was attaching a better looking hand. Which was taken from the Maki model you most likely traded for, or exchanged for something else and didn't even buy.Some pins/hair clips to his head, which anyone can do. (These also are most likely traded too)And last but not least, one simple palette swap to pink. That's all that was added that is "yours".
Mine however, has a lot more than yours did. Sure it had the wing toggle but that's really the only comparable thing that was on mine and yours. I have a ton more content on mine not to mention my version of Servant does NOT have the yume toggle on it. I simply wanted to create a Servant that was as to canon as possible.
Granted there are some toggles on that Servant that are not canon- you see when I was first working on the Servant that version was going to be my private avatar but after people were interested in wearing it, they all convinced me to make it public and that is why it is as widespread as it is now because of the toggles and the amount of effort put into it.Last time I remember your Servant didn't have any of the following.-A hacking gun toggle which fires (Audio only, no bullets yet)
-A from scratch pipe asset, in reference to "Repede" from Tales of Vesperia
-A tail in reference to "Repede" from Tales of Vesperia
-Tail animations (hand animated)
-A wing puppet radial so you can control the wings (hand animated)
-Wing animations, which include, a wing wrap, and wing present (hand animated)
-Different wing colorations
-A milkshake toggle
-An optional collar toggle
-A meshi toggle for little Servant plushies
-Different toggles for more meshi's to appear
-A bleeding toggle relative to which palette swap you are using
-Different palette swaps for normal, bandaged, or cut knees
-A hypno eyes toggle (PC only)
-New gogo (Not old gogo)
-The (spoilers for Danganronpa 2 : Goodbye Despair)

Not only that, but the person that had this uploaded to their account said that they were going to rip it themselves anyways and "figure out how to reupload them myself".This is the same person that had said "I never gave permission!" but here, it says they would do it themselves anyways.
So I am going to say it again, the real reason as to why the servant is gone is because King sees ME in Servant. When he sees Servant he sees ME so naturally he would want to DELETE something that reminds him of me. (Whatever he said to me that was the 'reason' was FALSE and he knows it)Speaking of which, I BET. The reason why King sees Servant as me and whenever he sees Servant, he thinks of me. HE HASN'T MOVED ON AT ALL. He's upset, and angry. Not only that but I can say to a HUGE extent, he is OBSESSIVE with this to a point where he APPOINTED people to "MONITOR" me what does that say?
If not you can list off your "reasons" as to why.When I saw Joe Tazuna avatars, sure I thought of you for some time but it's not like that anymore. I moved on, so why can't you?What's preventing you from moving on? What's preventing you from admitting your guilt and that you fucked up a relationship? The reason why one message is blacked out, is because if it wasn't people (especially the people King implements as stalkers) would know who it is, and proceed to harass them with vote kicks and harass them in general.

Honestly with how the server feels, his close "friends" and everything else. It just feels so cult like, only the highest regarded people get noticed and the lowest people get no attention and are ignored.I'm sorry but that's the opinion of me, and COUNTLESS others. Dependence could be the fact that King is an avatar creator, and knows a thing or two about creating avatars. Which could show a type of dependence to King himself. Obedience is directed at the fact that he had told people to "monitor" me, not just my VRChat, but my socials too. Also that they continue to do things even to this day as King asks them to.INFORMATION"Deception"
King had told one of his friends about a situation regarding my ex at the time. When I had asked King "how do they know" he replied and said that he didn't know how the person knew, even though the person later told me that King told them about the situation. To which this is "deception" to try and make me believe that he did not tell them anything."Propaganda"

I personally had to deal with this before, back when me and King broke up. Every time someone had told me something negative regarding him. I would always tell myself "No", "He wouldn't do that", "He wouldn't", and loads of other things, because at the time. The negative thoughts were scary for me. I used a type of "thought stopping" for that case. I have no doubts that he's at least taught his friends how to do this at some point.EMOTIONAL"Feeling chosen or special"
When me and King were together, he always tried to make me feel special by staying with me, laughing at my dumb jokes, and even us just relaxing in private worlds talking to one another. It always from what I remember felt nice and I felt special. King could be doing this in terms of helping people with avatars, much like giving them an asset to make them feel special or wanted. King does this a lot, he's given models that aren't supposed to be distributed anymore to people before. Or helping his closer friends to keep them dependent on him."Guilt manipulation"
Guilt tripping is a form of manipulation, and King is very good at manipulating people. He's manipulated close friends before especially old friends he's had. He's definitely manipulated me and emotionally and mentally abused me during the last bit of our relationship and it only makes me feel for the people that have to deal with it in the group behind the scenes."Emotional blocking techniques"
King avoids the whole situation because he is scared of me, negative backlash, and more. King especially does not usually like talking to me because I have genuine questions to ask him which he calls an "ill will" towards him. This means that people are scared of questioning authority. I bet that everyone in the group at some point has at least felt this way. Questioning King could lead to removal and even being ostracized from the group either if it was accepted or not.
The many countless witnesses, their testimonies, my experiences, etc. Have lead me and several countless others to believe that King's group is a cult. Beyond a shadow of a doubt.
